Our Story 

Dirt Road Dogs was started in 2014 when our family lost our Golden Retriever and had to get a new puppy. We have had Golden Retrievers almost all our lives and have enjoyed having them as pets. From going hunting with dad or riding in the back of the truck, its hard to say who brought who more joy. When we got our new puppy, we realized that we wanted to provide other people the same love and joy we felt having our new family member. The idea fostered from having one Golden to having one male and two females. From the beginning we knew that we wanted to breed high quality, AKC registered Golden Retrievers that had healthy blood lines and great personalities for families and individuals alike. Located 30 minutes east of Denver, Colorado on a small 40 acre farm in the country we pride ourselves on connecting our playful golden retriever puppies with their new families.
